Utkarsh Singh
Founder-Partner(Corporate, M&A, Private Equity and Cross Border Transactions)
Utkarsh Singh is the founder of S&K partners. His key areas of practice includes general corporate, mergers and acquisitions, commercial matters, regulatory advisory, intellectual property rights, estate planning and succession including advising clients on establishment and structuring of businesses in India and Middle East.
He regularly advises international funds, financial institutions and multi-national corporations. Prior to starting S&K Partners he had worked for one of the leading law firms and corporate houses in India and UAE.
He holds B.LS. LL.B from Government Law College, Mumbai and is admitted with Bar Council of Delhi.

Turab Kazmi
Partner (Litigation & Regulatory)
Turab handles the litigation and dispute resolution practice of the firm. He regularly appears before the Supreme Court of India, Delhi High Court and various trial courts and tribunals in India.
He has represented clients in various sectors including pharmaceutical, real estate, e-commerce, energy, electronics & technology in high stake matters involving white collar crimes before various forums in India.
He regularly advices and represents Indian, U.S. and Asia-Pacific companies in litigation matters in India relating to contractual disputes, arbitrations, criminal and civil disputes, labour laws, etc.
He has done his Bachelors in Commerce from Delhi University along with LL.B from Amity Law School. He also holds PG Diploma in Alternate Dispute Resolution from Indian Law Institute, New Delhi, and a Masters in Business Laws from National Law School of Indian University, Bangalore. He is admitted in Bar Council of Delhi.

Saumya Kapoor
Partner (Corporate, Insolvency & Bankruptcy, Banking & Finance)
Saumya’s main practice area is corporate advisory, mergers and acquisitions, private equity, banking and finance, funds, trade finance, insolvency, and commercial litigation. Prior to establishing S&K Partners, she worked with leading Indian law firms, such as IndusLaw, Luthra and Luthra, and others.
She frequently engages in cross-border M&A, fund formation and banking and finance transactions. She has advised international clients on entering the Indian market under sector-specific exchange control regulations. She manages international acquisitions in India. Her insolvency and bankruptcy advisory practice involves identifying troubled assets, re-organising, selling, liquidating, etc.
Saumya is a graduate of the Government Law College in Mumbai and a member of the Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa.

Ankit Namdeo
Partner (Tax, Cross-Border)
Ankit Namdeo is a qualified lawyer and a member of the Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa. He graduated from Dr. RML National Law University, Lucknow. He has an experience of over 7 years in advising clients on international taxation, and tax litigation. He has advised clients on various taxation issues in relation to various inbound and outbound investments, group restructuring, business transfers, franchise agreements, EPC contracts, permanent exposure to foreign companies etc.
Ankit has been actively involved in presentations at national and international conferences. He had co-conducted a discussion on 'Advance Pricing Agreements at National Judicial Academy, Bhopal in January 2016 and co- conducted certificate course on Multilateral Instrument organized by the Chamber of Tax Consultants, Mumbai, 2018.
He has published various articles on international taxation published by Taxsutra, CCH Wolters Kluwer, and Bloomberg BNA. He has co-authored, the chapter, 'Other anti-avoidance measures' for 4th edition of Compendium on International taxation, published in February 2021 by the Chamber of Tax Consultants, Mumbai.
